Downloading is an eight step process.

1. Click on the "Order Now" button below to start process. You will be taken to the Internet Secure web server.

    

2. Fill in name and address information as prompted

    

3. Fill in credit card information as prompted

    

4. Print up your on-line receipt and click on the "Click on Continue to return to Website" link in the middle of the page.

    

5. Please let us know how you found our web site. Click on "Go to download page" button.

    

6. Download Research Guide
   Right Click on download link and write down the location where the file "RSB2K2.pdf" is going to be saved on your computer.  Then select "save target as" or "save file as"
   
   NB: You will need Adobe Acrobat to view the guide. A link to download a free Adobe Acrobat viewer is also provided.
   
    
7. Download February 2003 Update
   Right Click on update download link and make sure the file "RSB-UF03.pdf" is going to be saved to the same directory as the Research Guide.   Then select "save target as" or "save file as"
   
    
8. Once both files are download, use an Adobe Acrobat Reader to open guide "RSB2K2.pdf"

    

9. Use Adobe Acrobat to open guide "RSB2K2.pdf" If you do not change any settings the file will be extracted to C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\

* The Researching a Small Business in Canada file is 6.8Mb in size while the February Update is 2.8Mb. It takes approximately 60 minutes to download the guide using a 33.6 modem.  If you have a slow modem connection or prefer not to download the guide we would be happy to send you the CD-ROM version by Express Post (3 day deliver to most of Canada).
